As a consumer, you have statutory rights under UK consumer law. These rights are not affected by this policy.
At Ruchi Foods, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been processed or dispatched.
The 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to perishable goods.
If you are not satisfied with your order due to receiving incorrect, damaged, defective, or unsafe products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting details and photographs. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Each claim is reviewed individually.

Order Verification and Security
To help protect our customers and our business, all orders are subject to verification and security screening before they are accepted and processed.
We reserve the right to refuse, hold for review, or cancel any order where we are unable to verify the information provided, where additional verification is required, or where our security screening indicates that the transaction presents an unacceptable level of risk.
Where appropriate, we may contact you to request additional information to verify your order before it is dispatched. Failure to provide the requested information within a reasonable timeframe may result in the order being cancelled.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been authorised or captured, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
For security and fraud prevention reasons, we do not disclose the specific criteria, processes, or tools used to assess orders.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that your order may be subject to these verification procedures before acceptance.
